ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Colour change $10.00 per colour.
For darker coloured garments add 1 imprint colour for each location on items requiring a base or flash.
All printing prices apply to plastisol ink, extra charges will apply for specialty inks such as water base, glitter, high intensity, etc.
Additional printing charges may apply on specialty items.
PRODUCTION TIME:
Normally 7-14 days. Peak season (spring-fall) can reach 14-21 days, check with AshCo Design.
ORDER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
ORDER DETAILS MUST INCLUDE:
Brand(s), Style(s), Colour(s), Sizes, print locations, shipping info and requested due date. Orders received after 1pm will be counted as next day. Art must be approved and goods must be received at least 3 days before print will run.
Cost of all garments and 50% of all printing fees due before printing will begin.
ART WORK SUBMISSION
Art work editing $35 per hour. (about 1/2 off AshCo Design’s standard design price)
Vector Based Art: For Vector art work we require a vector file in the form of .ai, .eps, or .pdf. Send us the art file and we will inspect it to ensure that it is an acceptable file. PNG files are raster images and will need editing.
If you are sending Vector artwork, it is important to:
★ Send a vector, not raster.
★ Have no overlapping colours in the artwork.
★ Have each colour separated into its own layer and all colours converted to spot colours.
★ All text must be converted to outlines and all linked files must be embedded.
★ If AshCo Design is printing on a dark garment, provide an under base layer as well.
Photoshop Files: Save files as .psd at 300 dpi or higher, at the final print size. Please leave in layers. PMS colours must be specified for all spot colour prints. Exact print size must be specified. (art work preferably sent at print size)
SHRINKAGE / UNDER RUNS AND SPOILAGE / DAMAGE RATES:
We reserve the right to bill and ship 2% under the quantity ordered. Shrinkage / Under Runs and Spoilage / Damage Rate of 2% or 3 pieces, the customer is responsible for. Above 2% or 3 pieces, AshCo Design is responsible for. Replacement or credit does not apply to items not intended for hand print operations. Damage claims must be made within 5 business days. Shrinkage / Under Runs and Spoilage.
RUSH ORDERS:
All rush orders are subject to 25% - 50% extra charge of total bill.
